High-precision digital output tilt angle sensor

In order to improve the accuracy of the sensor, we can use the single-chip microcomputer to correct the linearity of the VTI, call the ADC module of the single-chip microcomputer, correspond the analog voltage signal output by the VTI to the digital range of 0-66535, and perform every 4° of the inclination sensor. Calibration, every 4° corresponds to outputting a digital quantity in the interval of [0,66535], record these digital quantities and convert them into an array form and put them inside the microcontroller, so that when the sensor is working, the original digital quantity output is combined with the array Compare the digital quantities in the array. If the original digital quantity is between the sizes of two adjacent digital quantities in the array, an angle value between the corresponding angles of the two digital quantities is output, and the algorithm is to find the arithmetic average value. In this way, the purpose of correcting the linearity has been achieved, and the accuracy of the sensor has been significantly improved.
