The contactor is applicable to the following working conditions:

1. The altitude should not exceed 2000 meters.

2. The upper limit of ambient air temperature is +40 ° C, and the average value within 24 hours cannot exceed +35 ° C; the lower limit of ambient air temperature is -5 ° C.

3. The air relative humidity of ac contactor of Shanghai electrical appliances shall not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃. A relatively high relative humidity can be allowed at a lower temperature, but the average minimum temperature of the wettest month should not exceed +25℃, and the average maximum relative humidity of that month should not exceed 90%. Necessary measures should be taken when condensation occurs on the AC contactor due to temperature changes.

Ac contactor is suitable for eight-hour working system, uninterrupted working system, intermittent periodic working system and short working system, etc. Its operating frequency is 600 times/hour when AC3 is under load, and 300 times/hour when AC4 is under load.

◆ The AC contactor has the function of indicating the state of operation. When the indicating rod (that is, the contact bracket) drops, it will be connected, and when the rod rises, it will be disconnected. The power must be cut off during maintenance.

◆ The fit of contactor short circuit Protection apparatus (SCPD) is stipulated as "type 2" fit, model B9-B20 shall match the FUSE of RT16-35, model B30 shall match the fuse of RT16-50.

Optional accessories for AC contactor B9-30

◆CA7 auxiliary contact: The contactor can stack CA7 monopole or quadrupole auxiliary contact on the top wedge fast. Four monopole CA7 can be installed, which are ca7-01 normally closed and CA7-10 normally open respectively. The quadrupole CA7 can be fitted with one, and there are six fixed combinations for normally open and normally closed.

Rated operating voltage of CA7 auxiliary contacts of AC contactor is up to 660V and rated control capacity is 450VA (AC-15). The rated operating voltage is 220V and the rated control capacity is 30VA (DC-13).

◆CA7 Installation Method:

1. Push the wedge at the top of CA7 groove against the positive AC contactor and push the foot towards the arrow direction;

2. Transfer CA7 check into the top cover slot;

3. Press the white brake piece flat and lock it into the long square hole of the top cover;
