Application and working principle analysis of photoelectric sensor in automatic production line

Principle of photoelectric sensor: The photoelectric sensor uses photoelectric element as the detection element. First, the measured change is converted into a signal change, and then the optical signal is further converted into an electrical signal with the help of the photoelectric element.

The photoelectric sensor is generally composed of 3 parts: light source, optical path and photoelectric element.

The photoelectric detection method has the advantages of high accuracy, fast response, non-contact, etc., and has many measurable parameters. The sensor has a simple structure, flexible and diverse forms, and small size. In recent years, with the development of photoelectric technology, photoelectric sensors have become a series of products, and their variety and output are increasing. Users can choose products of various specifications according to their needs, and they are widely used in various light industrial automatic machines.

Principle of photoelectric sensor

Photoelectric strip deviation detector The strip deviation detector is used to detect the size and direction of the deviation of the tape material from the correct position during processing, so as to provide a correction signal for the correction control circuit. It is mainly used for printing and dyeing, paper feeding, film, tape during production process.

The light emitted by the light source is condensed into a line beam through the lens 1, and then projected to the lens 2, and then is condensed onto the photoresistor. On the way of the parallel beam reaching the lens 2, part of the light is blocked by the strip under test, which reduces the luminous flux to the photoresistor.
