The problem of household electrical circuits is very important, especially now that more and more electrical appliances are used in the family, so the leakage protection switch is essential. The leakage circuit breaker can have a good protective effect. Today, I will focus on the wiring of the leakage protection switch and Precautions.
There is a system called TN for the correct wiring method of the leakage protection switch, which refers to the low-voltage neutral point of the distribution network is directly grounded, and the exposed part of the electrical equipment that can be reached is connected to the grounding point through the protection line.
TN system: It can be divided into three wiring methods:
TN25 system: The neutral line and the protection line of the entire system are connected separately.
TN 2C system: The neutral line and the protection line of the entire system are integrated.
TN 2C2S system: The first part of the protection line and the neutral line of the trunk part of the whole system are shared, and the latter part is separate.

Another correct wiring method of leakage protection switch is called TT system, which refers to the neutral point of the low-voltage side of the distribution network is directly grounded, and the exposed conductive parts of electrical equipment are directly grounded through the protection wire.

Regardless of whether it is TN or TT connection method, the neutral line N and protection line PE must be strictly distinguished during the installation process, three-level four-wire or the neutral line of the four-level leakage protection switch, regardless of which conforms to Whether the side neutral line is used, the power neutral line should be connected to the input port of the protector. It is required that the neutral wire passing through the leakage protection switch shall not be used as a protection line, and shall not be repeatedly grounded or connected to exposed conductive parts of the equipment, and the protection line shall not be connected to the leakage protection switch.

From the wiring diagram of the leakage protection switch, we can see several points of attention for the wiring of the leakage protector:
The neutral line on the load side of the leakage protection switch shall not be shared with other circuits.
When the leakage protection switch is marked with the load side and the power side, the wiring should be installed in accordance with the regulations, and the connection cannot be reversed.
To install a circuit breaker with short-circuit protection, you must ensure that it has a sufficient arcing distance in the direction of arc spraying. The arcing distance is installed in accordance with the regulations of the circuit breaker manufacturer.
