The connection between the mechanical rotary encoder and the user's output shaft should be flexibly connected. Rigid connections should not be used to avoid the user's string from beating, resulting in damage to the encoder shaft and the encoder.

The rotary encoder should be gently installed in the duvet cover. Hammering and collision are prohibited to avoid damage to the shaft and disk. Please note that the allowable load of the shaft should not exceed the limit load. The user should ensure that the encoder shaft and output shaft speed is less than 0.2mm, and the shaft angle is less than 2 degrees and does not exceed its electrical limit. For example, the electrical signal may be lost if the encoder allows the overspeed limit. Nmax = (maximum response frequency / L) * 60r / min (L is the number of grating pulses) for long-term use, please check the components physically connected to the encoder, and the fixing screws are loose, so as not to affect the normal use of the equipment.
Please be careful not to transmit the power output line and the power line encoder together or use the rotary encoder in the same pipeline. They should not be used near the switchboard to prevent interference. Shielded cables should be used for wiring.
Before installation, check carefully, the product specifications are consistent with the rotary encoder model, and the wiring is correct. Incorrect wiring will cause damage to the internal circuit. For long-distance transmission, signal attenuation factors should be considered, with low output impedance and strong output anti-interference ability. The transmission distance of the pulse signal is related to the following factors: frequency, output circuit, input circuit, transmission line, transmission frequency.
The use environment is because the rotary encoder is a precision instrument, so you should pay attention to no vibration around it when using it. Rotary encoders have no leak-proof structure, do not splash water, oil, etc., if necessary, with a protective cover. Please note that the ambient temperature and humidity are within the range required by the instrument.
