Function of rotary encoder
Function of rotary encoder
Rotary encoder is a rotary sensor that converts rotational displacement into a series of digital pulse signals. These pulses can be used to control angular displacement. If the encoder is combined with gears or spiral screws, it can also be used to measure linear displacement.
In industrial control, rotary encoders are generally mainly used in devices such as proximity switches and photoelectric switches. Rotary encoders have the characteristics of high reliability, high environmental adaptability, and excellent control performance. With the continuous development of various industries, the requirements for encoder products have also increased, and rotary encoder products are such products.
The rotary encoder has the following functions:
1. Adopt open-loop vector and V/F control mode of magnetic flux.
2. Automatic torque boost and automatic slip compensation function.
3. Support simple PLC or terminal multi-speed, support 7-segment; can independently set 7-segment acceleration/deceleration time and running time running direction.
4. Ultra-low noise and carrier frequency can be adjusted from 1KHz-15KHz.
5. Two stages of acceleration and deceleration time and two stages of S curve slow acceleration and deceleration.
Rotary encoders enable the system to run at low speeds, which can actually improve work efficiency and become the first choice of our customers. It can be widely used in various small machinery and equipment supporting industries such as food packaging and textiles.
