How to judge whether the dial potentiometer is broken

Dial potentiometer is a kind of potentiometer commonly used for tuning function. There are 3-pin dial potentiometers, 5-pin dial potentiometers, which are used more in the sound, so sometimes the sound is bad, is it a dial? Is the potentiometer broken? The following method teaches you to judge!

1. It is recommended that you open the four feet on the black base of this potentiometer and wipe it with alcohol on the resistance coil to see the effect;

Second, you now put it on the 200th file and measure that 09.7 is abnormal from the data;

3. You connect the meter rod to the feet on both sides to test whether the total resistance is within a tolerance of ±5% between 100Ω, and 95Ω-105Ω is normal;

4. Regarding the minimum display of 0.5Ω, it is normal from our manufacturer's data. Because of the influence of the zero resistance potentiometer, the copper wire or aluminum wire wire resistance in the connection of the meter rod is referred to as the meter resistance.
