MAC solenoid valve operation
MAC solenoid valve is a control component in the fluid conveying system. It has the functions of cut-off, regulation, diversion, prevention of reverse flow, stabilization, diversion or overflow and pressure relief. Valves used in fluid control systems, from simple shut-off valves to extremely complex valves used in automatic control systems, have a wide variety and specifications. The grooved butterfly valve valve needs to be pressure tested before use, so what are the regulations and requirements for the specific valve pressure test?
1. The operator should be familiar with the operation of the pressure test bench.
2. All valves should be visually inspected after unpacking, including complete nameplates on the valve body, product quality certification documents, valve closed, no other damage such as blue surface, no dirt, and protective covers at both ends.
3. MAC solenoid valve pressure test JHA is perfect. Operators should be familiar with the safety hazards in the process of valve pressure test and reverse transportation and have corresponding preventive measures.
4. The pressure test process of MAC solenoid valve is: valve shell strength test, upper sealing test, and sealing test.
The sealing function of the turbo MAC solenoid valve refers to the ability of each sealing part of the MAC solenoid valve to avoid the disclosure of the medium. It is the strategic function of the MAC solenoid valve. There are three sealing positions of the turbine groove butterfly valve: the dry place between the opening and closing parts and the two sealing surfaces of the valve seat; the matching place between the packing and the valve stem and the stuffing box; the adjacent place between the valve body and the bonnet. The first disclosure in this is called internal leakage, that is, if the closure is not tight, it will affect the ability of the grooved butterfly valve to cut off the medium. For cut-off valves, internal leakage is not permitted. The latter two disclosures are called external leakage, that is, the medium is disclosed from inside the valve to the outside of the valve. Leakage will cause material loss, pollute the environment, and cause problems when stressed. To deal with the flammable MAC solenoid valve sprayed medium, leakage is not allowed, so MAC solenoid valve must have a reliable sealing function.
The investigation of MAC electromagnetic operation and analysis of measurement data have ruled out accidents caused by the co-leafing of soda and water; serious overload; full water and other reasons.
The blockages measured by MAC electromagnetically are all substances that can be carried out with the moisture of saturated steam, and are difficult to carry by the steam. It must be the poor separation of steam and water of saturated steam. These impurities are carried into the superheater with the moisture, and the moisture evaporates. It is caused by the deposition of impurities. Therefore, it is judged that the steam separator in the drum is malfunctioning.
After the MAC electromagnetic shut down the boiler, the inspection was not unexpected. The steam-water separator on the top of the drum, one of which was only spot-welded when welding with the drum during the production process of the boiler, and the welder forgot to weld. The saturated steam was short-circuited by the surrounding gap However, entering the superheater does not have the effect of steam-water separation. Saturated steam carries the boiler water into the superheater, and the boiler water is evaporated, and the impurities contained in it are deposited in the superheater tube, causing the tube to block and burst. After repair welding, overheating The device is working fine.
MAC electromagnetic operating torque has different values due to different opening and valve opening and closing directions. Horizontal butterfly valves, especially large-diameter valves, cannot be ignored due to the depth of water, the torque generated by the difference between the upper and lower heads of the valve shaft. In addition, the valve When the elbow is installed on the inlet side, a bias flow is formed, and the torque will increase. When the valve is in the middle opening, due to the action of the water flow torque, the operating mechanism needs to be self-locking.
