What matters should be paid attention to when wiring the communication cable of Pepperl+Fuchs encoder? Today, we mainly introduce the matters needing attention in the wiring of the encoder!

1. The communication cable must be far away from equipment with serious magnetic field interference such as motors, transformers, and inverters;

2. Communication cables must be laid separately from power cables, high-power cables and high-noise cables. It is best to use a well-shielded metal cable sleeve;

3. Keep a minimum distance of 2cm between the electric cabinet and other cables, and 50cmz outside the electric cabinet;

4. If the space is limited, please use metal partitions, metal sleeves and metal wire slots, and keep them well grounded;

5. Cables should be routed reasonably to avoid excessively long reserved cables, which may cause blockages in the trunking;

6. To avoid coupling interference, minimize the possibility of parallel routing of signal cables and power cables;

7. Cables should be arranged as close as possible to metal parts, such as control cabinet panels, beams and metal rails;

8. A metal cable support must be used, and the connection of the support must be connected to the ground;
