1. General requirements. The operation is scientific and reasonable, and the maintenance is timely and careful. Eight precautions: one avoids technical insufficiency, two avoids rushing into battle, three avoids not checking the fields first, four avoids fatigue driving, five avoids oil storage at will, six avoids only when the thresher is used, seven avoids approaching when the machine is rotating, and eight avoids Lack of maintenance on the way.
2. The preparation work before the corn harvester leaves the car. The harvester carries out technical maintenance strictly according to the schedule maintenance procedure. Maintaining the tractor before leaving the vehicle can keep it in good working condition, use it with fewer failures, stable performance, reduce failure time, improve work efficiency, and extend machine life. In addition to the maintenance of the tractor in accordance with the tractor instruction manual, the following tasks must be carried out:
1. Check the hydraulic oil level in the hydraulic oil tank, and perform maintenance and supplementation according to regulations.
2. Clean the radiator frequently. Because the harvester is working under harsh conditions, there is a lot of dust and grass clippings, the radiator is easily blocked, and the continuous working load is heavy, which easily causes the engine water tank to boil. Therefore, clean the clogged grass clippings and dust on the front protective cover of the water tank before leaving the vehicle. This work should also be carried out frequently during harvesting.
3. Clean the air filter. Due to the above reasons, the air filter is also prone to failure and the filter screen is blocked. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly follow the tractor's instruction manual for maintenance, change the oil, and increase the number of cleanings according to the working conditions.
Three, use operating procedures
1. It is strictly forbidden to troubleshoot while the machine is running. When troubleshooting, it is strictly prohibited to engage the power gear.
2. When the unit is in a long-distance idle stroke or in transportation, the power gear should be disengaged.
3. Before starting the tractor, place the shift lever and the power output gear lever in the neutral position.
4. When the harvesting unit starts, engages the power gear, runs, and reverses, honk the horn to observe whether there are people in front of and behind the unit to ensure safe operation.
5. During work, the harvester driver should concentrate, observe and listen to the operation of each part of the machine, and gradually push the hand throttle to the end. If abnormal noise or malfunction is found from the machine, the power gear should be disconnected in time to eliminate the malfunction to avoid damage to the machine.
Fourth, the operation technology during work
1. Before the operation, the working part clutch should be smoothly combined, the throttle should be increased from small to large, and the harvesting operation can be started when the rated speed is stabilized.
2. During work, the driver should observe and listen to the operation of each part of the machine at any time. If an abnormality is found, the driver should stop and turn off the engine immediately to eliminate the fault, and the machine is not allowed to work with illness.
3. The harvester must be disconnected from the power when the unit is turning, land transfer or long-distance empty travel and transportation.
4. Try cutting with low gear first during work. If the work is normal, then increase a gear appropriately. After harvesting for a certain distance, you should stop and check the quality of the harvest, observe whether the adjustment of each part is appropriate, and enter normal operations without abnormal phenomena. In order to facilitate the passage of grain unloading trucks and personnel, a lane was first opened in the middle of the ground, and then the ground was cut out so that the ground could turn.
5. During operation, check the cutting and crushing quality and stubble height regularly, and adjust the height of the header at any time.
6. Clean the radiator and add cooling water to prevent the engine water temperature from being too high.
7. When the engine cooling water temperature is too high, you should stop and clean the radiator and add cooling water in time, but do not open the water tank cover immediately to avoid burns. You should cool down for a period of time or take protective measures before opening the water tank cover to add cooling. water.
8. After working for a period of time, the corn harvester should be interrupted for 1-2 minutes, and the working parts should run dry, so as to remove all corn ears, grains and other residual materials from the working parts, and the working parts should not be blocked. When the working parts are blocked, stop the machine to clear the blockage in time, otherwise it will cause the corn combine to increase friction and damage the parts.
9. Check the work of the ear picking device according to the number of kernels thrown on the ground. The loss of kernels should not exceed 0.5% of the total corn kernels. When the loss is large, check whether the working gap between the ear picking boards is suitable.
The most important point is that the driver of this machine must have field operation experience and have been trained in the operation of the harvester, so that it can operate safely.
