Precautions for power supply circuit of dc power socket

The dc power socket is generally black, and is usually stored in an environment where the temperature is between -20 and +60°C and the relative humidity is not greater than 80%. DC power sockets are used in mobile power supplies, chargers, speakers, televisions, electronic instruments, digital equipment, etc. So, what are the matters needing attention in the power supply circuit of the dc power socket? The specific content is as follows.

Note 1. The cross-section of the branch circuit wire of the dc power socket from the distribution box should be copper core plastic wire not less than 2.5mm2.

Note 2: The number of power sockets in the DC power socket circuit of each air conditioner should not exceed 2, and the cabinet air conditioner should use a separate circuit for power supply;

Note 3: The DC power socket of the air conditioner in the residence, general power socket, electric water heater power socket, kitchen power socket and bathroom power socket and lighting should be set up in separate circuits;

Note 4. When the kitchen is close to the bathroom, a distribution box can be installed nearby to supply power to the power socket loop of the kitchen and bathroom. This can reduce the outgoing loop of the household distribution box, reduce loop interleaving, and improve the reliability of power supply;

Note 5. The dc power socket circuit should have overload, short-circuit maintenance and over-voltage, under-voltage, or use a low-voltage circuit breaker with multiple functions and a leakage induction maintainer. It is advisable to disconnect the phase and neutral wires together, and should not use fuse maintenance components. Except for the power socket circuit of the split air conditioner, other power socket circuits should be equipped with leakage maintenance devices. When conditions permit, leakage maintenance devices should be installed according to the branch circuits;

In summary, the above-mentioned more common precautions about the power supply loop of the dc power socket, I hope to help everyone.
