What to pay attention to when installing elevator encoder

Encoders used in elevators are generally used in two places:

　　1, the encoder installed on the main shaft;

　　2, the encoder installed on the motor shaft of the door opener;

　　 The elevator encoder has three functions:

　　A, speed feedback;

　　B, position signal feedback;

　　C, direction signal feedback.

　　 When installing the elevator encoder, the main points are:

　　 1. The model must be correct, for example, to determine whether the pulse is 1024 or 2048.

　　2, the shielded wire must be connected as required;

　　3. Pay attention to avoid strong electric interference, otherwise, it will be troublesome to eliminate the trouble caused by interference.

　　 There is also a speed limiter encoder, which is often used in elevators without machine room.

　　 Real shaft type: Do not rigidly connect the encoder shaft and the user shaft, please use an elastic coupling.

　　 When installing, please pay attention to the allowable shaft load of the encoder.

　　Empty shaft type: Do not rigidly connect the encoder shaft and the user shaft, please use an elastic coupling plate.

　　 When installing, please pay attention to the allowable shaft load of the encoder.

　　 Electrical aspect

　　 Please do not wind the encoder output line and power line together or transmit in the same pipeline, nor should it be used near the switchboard. When wiring, please connect according to the wiring table or instruction manual, and turn on the machine after checking.
