How to replace the front encoder
How to replace the front encoder
Disassembly method of host front encoder
Scope of trial: HEIDENHAIN (1387) encoder front host
Tools: a set of hexagonal wrench, electrostatic bracelet, cross screwdriver, 2 M10*90 full-threaded bolts, 1 M6*70 full-threaded bolt, clean rag.
step:
1.Remove the 4 fixed iron cover screws on the front cover of the traction wheel, and you can see the encoder (see below)

2. Loosen the expansion screw of the encoder with a 2mm inner hexagon, and the encoder can rotate;
Note: The screw must be tightened after the encoder is installed, otherwise the encoder will rotate

2.Loosen the 4 screws on the front cover of the traction wheel.

3.Pull out the shaft cover and the encoder slowly in parallel; remove the encoder back cover

4.Remove the encoder short wire

Remove the encoder
1) First remove the back cover of the encoder, loosen the M5×50 bolt (screw in the encoder hole), leaving two to three threads of M10 thread;
2)As shown in the figure below, screw the M10*90 bolts in (tighter) and push out the encoder. (Can't die)
