Inductive proximity switch work to pay attention to what points

In the process of using the inductive proximity switch, we must pay attention to its anti-vibration and impact resistance. This is the key to affecting the service life of the proximity switch. Once the shock wave is too large or frequent vibration occurs, its various contacts will fall off. , Which affects the response speed and working effect of the proximity switch, so what points should be paid attention to in the work of capacitive and inductive proximity switches?

1. Interfering light

According to industry insiders, the inductive proximity switch is affected by many internal and external environments, such as the quality of the light source and the modulation problem of the proximity switch itself. Therefore, even the same type of switch has a great difference in anti-interference light ability. But its ability to resist ambient light and incandescent light meets the standard. If the strong sunlight is directly irradiated, because the sunlight contains light in the infrared band, it is not enough to use an optical filter to improve the anti-light interference ability. Among the inductive proximity switch products, there are products specially used for strong ambient light. The direct-current light type needs to avoid the direct exposure of ambient light as much as possible. Due to the interference of ambient light, the sensitivity needs to be fine-tuned to meet the needs of actual use. When the angle between the optical axis of the inductive proximity switch and the strong light source cannot be changed, a light-shielding plate or a long light-shielding tube can be installed around the top of the inductive proximity switch.

2. Prevent mutual interference

The composition of the inductive proximity switch is complex, and the effective way to prevent mutual interference is to interleave the transmitter and the receiver. When more than two groups, the group distance is also opened. Of course, models with different frequencies can also be selected. The reflective inductive proximity switch needs to be separated by a certain distance, and the adjacent distance is determined according to the pointing angle and detection distance of the product parameters.

3. Eliminate the influence of background objects

When inductive proximity switches use reflective diffuser transmitters and receivers, sometimes the detected object is close to the background, the inductive proximity switch or the background is smooth and other objects with high reflectivity, which may make the photoelectric switch not stable. Detection. Therefore, you can switch to distance-limited transmitters and receivers, or use methods such as staying away from the background object, removing the background object, painting the background object matt black, or trying to make the background object rough and dark. Therefore, the modern design of inductive proximity switches has improved in terms of intelligence. Self-protection is important to ensure its later stable work. For example, some inductive proximity switches have a self-diagnostic function, which can be used for the external environment according to actual needs. Even external noise can be identified, and if necessary, the user can be reminded to make adjustments as soon as possible through the form of an alarm.
