Installation and use of photoelectric switch

During the installation or use of the photoelectric switch, due to the influence of the workbench or the background and the use of vibration, it sometimes causes problems such as slight deviation of the optical axis, lens stains, dust accumulation, external noise, and out-of-range ambient temperature.

These problems may cause the photoelectric switch to deviate from the stable working area. At this time, the self-diagnostic ability of the photoelectric switch can be used to notify the photoelectric switch through a stable green stability indicator to remind the user to adjust in time. When the projector and receiver are installed close to the workbench, part of the beam reflected by the workbench may irradiate the receiver, causing instability.

To this end, a distance can be used between the light receiver and light projector and the table, and a shield can be installed. Do not use thinner and other chemicals to avoid damage to the plastic mirror. The wiring of the high-voltage line, power line and photoelectric sensor should not be placed in the same conduit or trunking, otherwise (sometimes) it will cause the photoelectric switch to malfunction or damage the induction. Therefore, in principle, they should be wired separately.
