Measuring sensor measuring light screen detection
Measuring sensor measuring light screen detection
The basic electronic measurement system consists of four parts: sensor, signal conditioning, display system and power supply, as shown in Figure 0-6(a). The signal conditioning part can use impedance matchers, multi-stage amplifiers and digital-to-analog converters; the display part can use analog or digital meters, paper tape recorders, character printers, and oscilloscopes. Measuring light curtain If there are two or more measured signals (such as temperature, pressure, vibration, etc.) in an environment, the same number and type of sensors are required to measure them, and respective signal adjustment processing and display output are required. If only one display is used, a manual switch or automatic timing stepper (or sequencer) is added to the system, as shown in Figure 0-6(b). A character display showing the serial number of the sensor is added to the display panel. When recording, the display panel can be scanned to read out the displayed value and corresponding label, and it can also be printed out regularly.
If the display point is very close to the measurement point, the measurement system can directly display the measured value, and the staff can record the displayed value within a certain period of time, or use an automatic camera to shoot a measurement indicating device with time. If the display point is far away from the measurement point, it is necessary to add equipment for transmitting information from the measurement device to the display device in the system. For example, the mechanical system is connected by steel wire rope, and the pneumatic system uses the pipe to transmit the pressure change of the measuring device. You can also combine the measurement data into a composite signal, modulate the high-frequency carrier, amplify and send it to the antenna, transmit from the antenna, and then use the antenna to receive the signal, separate the signal from the high-frequency carrier with a demodulator, analyze and display the corresponding signal Measure the output signal of the light curtain sensor.
