The enhanced version of Pepperl+Fuchs SmartRunnerMatcher is a unique combination of a 2-D vision sensor based on an optical sensor and an integrated LED. Optimized and pre-configured for specific applications, the sensor can activate, detect and match one of the stored reference configuration files. The measurement process is not affected by the surface condition or color of the object. SmartRunner technology reduces the complexity of process processing by converting raw data into easy-to-process "good" or "bad" signals. Operation and integration are also very simple-no personal computer, professional knowledge or technicians are required. With its compact housing, SmartRunnerMatcher enhanced version can be easily installed in space-constrained applications, and the connector that can be rotated 90° also adds flexibility.
