Photoelectric sensor how to dust

If you want to prevent dust, you must first know the emissions of these smoke and dust, and then monitor the source of the smoke and dust. At this time, the photoelectric sensor provides a great help to the monitoring of smoke and dust, and can effectively detect the turbidity. The smoke turbidity in the flue is detected by the change in the light transmission process in the flue. If the flue turbidity increases, the light emitted by the light source is absorbed and refracted by the smoke particles, and the light reaching the sensor decreases. Therefore, the strength of the output signal of the photoelectric sensor can reflect the change of the flue turbidity.

In order to detect the turbidity of the sub-micron particles that are the most harmful to the human body in the smoke and to avoid the influence of water vapor and carbon dioxide on the light source attenuation, visible light is selected as the light source. In general, the photoelectric sensor selects a phototube with a spectral response range of 400 to 600mm to obtain the corresponding electrical signal that changes with the turbidity. In order to improve the detection sensitivity, an operational amplifier with high gain, high input impedance, low zero drift and high common-mode rejection ratio is adopted to amplify the signal. Scale calibration is used for zero and full scale adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the test. The display is used to display the instantaneous value of turbidity. The alarm current is composed of a multivibrator, when the output turbidity signal of the operational amplifier exceeds the specified value. The multivibrator works. The output signal is amplified to push the speaker to send out an alarm signal.

Usually photoelectric sensors can be used to detect a variety of non-electricity. Due to the different modes of action of luminous flux on photoelectric elements, there are many kinds of optical devices, which can be divided into two categories according to their output properties: imitative photoelectric sensor detection system and switch photoelectric sensor detection system.
