　　 1. Remove the back cover of the motor and the back cover of the encoder.

　　 2. Loosen the encoder mounting screws.

　　 3. Rotate the motor rotor shaft so that the mark on the encoder rotor coincides with the mark on the encoder shell.

　　 Fourth, remove the encoder, pay attention to use special screws to push it out when loading and unloading, so as not to damage the encoder.

　　 5. Rotate the new encoder to make the two marks of the encoder coincide.
